General Information and Stipulations:

Arrival and departure:
The accommodation is available for you from 3 PM onwards on the day of arrival and we kindly request you to leave the room before 11 AM on the day of departure.

Rates:
Rates are including VAT (IVA)
If during the stay a change to another season takes place, it is calculated in the price.

Linen and towels:
All rooms are including towels and bed linen.
It is not permitted to take towels outside of Casa de Lino (e.g. to the beach, etc.), if you want to go to the beach, we ask you to take your own beach towel with you.

Wi-Fi:
In all rooms we offer free Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi is only meant for email and internet; it is not suitable for downloading very large files (like movies).

Payment of Honesty bar, meals, drinks, etc.:
Any bills for meals, refreshments, etc. must be settled before departure. Besides cash, payment via your debit or credit card possible.

Pets:
Unfortunately we do not allow pets. 

Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside and not in the patios as well. Smoking on the roof terrace is only permitted with the consent of other guests.
 
Reservation and payment:
Within 48 hours after your reservation you will receive a confirmation email with the amount of deposit (35%). If a payment does not take place in time, the reservation will automatically be cancelled. We request you to do the final payment (65%) on the day of arrival.

Cancellation and cancellation: 
To give you the opportunity to book a suitable flight, you can cancel your reservation free of charge within 48 hours after our confirmation of your reservation. Cancellation of a reservation should be done by e-mail; you will receive a confirmation of your cancellation within 48 hours via e-mail.

After these 48 hours the following cancellation regulation is applied:
- For cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival a cancellation fee of 35% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
- For cancellation between 6 and 3 weeks before arrival we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the stay.
- For cancellation between 3 weeks and 1 week before arrival we charge a cancellation fee of 75% of the total cost of the stay.
- For cancellation within 1 week before arrival we charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost of the stay.

Insurance
We strongly recommend you to take travel insurance, possibly combined with cancellation insurance for flights and accommodation. It is also useful to take a European Health Insurance Card with you (apply for this card at your health insurer, it’s for free)

Liability
During the stay the guest is liable for any damage to the accommodation, the furniture and all things that belong to the residence. Any damage made by the guest (s) immediately has to be reported to us and, if necessary, compensated. Before you leave, we will check your room if necessary.

Casa de Lino can not be held responsible for loss of personal belongings of the guests.

The stay, self guided walks, self guided walks written by Casa de Lino and / or other activities, are fully for the risk of the guest.
